I'm running a workshop for women who are interested to find out more about their pelvic floor whether you've had a baby or not and however old you are - every woman needs to know this!
We will go far beyond squeeze and lift and learn about how to get the pelvic floor to do it's job properly - so that you can be healthy, active and fit.
The morning will teach you how to strengthen your pelvic floor and core so that for years to come you've got a solid, strong and dependable body which does not let you down when you jump, laugh or sneeze!
There will be some practical at the end - but nothing too strenuous so that you can put all your new found knowledge into action and go away knowing where your pelvic floor is and how to engage it.
