Hosted from the Q11 Building at Quorum Park.
Facilitated by Becca Brighty, Organisational Psychologist and Business Coach, we will discuss imposter syndrome, workplace confidence and how to build a resilient workforce.
What you will learn
-What is imposter syndrome and what causes it?
- Ways to reduce the impact imposter sydrome has on your life and career.
- Why you need to consider imposter syndrome when designing recruitment strategies, onboarding, development programmes etc and how we can create environments that help everyone thrive.
You will work through activities in groups, giving you chance to connect with other attendees. There will also be time for chatting, networking and drinking coffee at the start of the event.
