This month

The topic this month is: People Before Process: Unlocking Sustainable Change

Change is one of the biggest challenges organisations face today – but too often, it fails not because of strategy, but because people are forgotten.

In this interactive session, Becca will introduce the P.E.O.P.L.E. Change Model, a practical, people-centred approach to making change stick:

  • Purpose – Clarify the why and connect emotionally
  • Engage – Actively listen and involve people early
  • Ownership – Enable leaders and teams to take responsibility
  • Playback – Reflect, test, and refine based on feedback
  • Lead – Equip leaders to model new behaviours
  • Embed – Build habits, rituals, and systems that sustain change

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Why some organisational changes succeed while others fail
  • The common barriers to change (fatigue, leadership disconnect, lack of voice)
  • Real-world case studies from sectors including housing, healthcare, and humanitarian work
  • How HR and People teams can become the anchor of culture-led transformation

Through group discussion, case studies, and a hands-on People Readiness Diagnostic, you’ll reflect on your own organisation’s readiness for change and leave with practical tools to strengthen your impact.
