With his easy and informal manner, Adam will show you simple but enticing canapes that can be served cold and prepared in advance, and guide you through the ins and outs of time-management to make sure that all-important day is spent with family, rather than slaving in the kitchen. The menu will feature classic British staples with a twist and will always include vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, giving you the confidence to cater to all of your friends’ needs.
Jim Wrigley, Bourne & Hollingsworth world-renowned drinks expert will be on hand to show you how to make a delicious welcome punch, which flavours work together and how to mix them in advance so that the ingredients don’t spoil. He’ll talk you through how to choose the perfect wine to match your food without having to break the bank, as well as how to create some very easy but sophisticated-looking garnishes that can be used to dress your table, drinks and dishes.
This is an incredibly fun and informal course, teaching you the tricks and cheats that make throwing the perfect dinner party a piece of cake.
