Description

The Pharmacy Careers Conference brought to you by GreenLife Pharma

On Sunday 24th September, GreenLife Pharma in association with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, Propharmace, Imaan Healthcare and other industry partners will be hosting the inaugural Pharmacy Careers Conference at the Pendulum Hotel in Manchester. This is the perfect opportunity for pharmacists, technicians, pre-registration trainees and university students to find out how to take the next career step. We have gathered together a stunning array of 14 speakers, including some of the leading lights in pharmacy. They will be sharing their career journeys, detailing step by step how they got to where they are – and how you can do the same.

You will find out:

  • How to get in to working for a GP practice – as a pharmacist or as a technician.
  • How our speakers ended up working in Japan, Qatar, Sweden and the USA.
  • How to become an independent prescriber or work towards a PhD.
  • What the best way is to get in to teaching, research and academia.
  • How to apply for a role as a GPhC inspector or Council member.
  • What pharmacy informatics and digital literacy is.
  • The secret to gaining promotions.
  • And much, much more!

There will also be Q&A sessions for each speaker. Too shy to ask questions? No problem – there will be a facility to anonymously text questions to all the speakers!
