We'll be using the Pony Barn at the Top Yard (opposite Gingerinos). Sessions will be led by Tracey Hutchinson from People Excellence Performance. Tracey is an experienced equestrian coach, personal development coach, NLP practitioner and has a MSc in Business Psychology. She will guide you through a seriers of exercises to help help you ground yourself, find calm and relaxation. Groups will be limited to a maximum of 6.
