The POSK Festival of Jazz Voice returns on the first weekend of October 2025 to celebrate the excellence, beauty, and innovation that the great singers of jazz embody!
During the 2nd edition this still new festival, you will be able to hear some of those outstanding voices in their element.
Let's celebrate again the broad and abundant vocal excellence in London, together at Jazz Café POSK during the weekend of 3rd and 4th of October 2025!

SET 1 (8 pm): IMOGEN RYALL Anöna Trio
Twice nominated in the 2024 Parliamentary Jazz Awards (Best Vocalist and Best Album), Imogen Ryall has proved herself one of the leading voices of the UK jazz scene, championed by Claire Martin OBE and many others. Her album ‘The Mingus/Mitchell Songbook’ was included in the list of "Best Albums of 2023" by five independent reviewers incl. Jazzwise, All About Jazz & The NYC Jazz Record.

Monika Lidke is a singer-songwriter of Polish origin, currently living in London. She creates exciting and original music that truly connects with the audience. Her songs blend jazz, folk, and Latin grooves with Polish and French roots to create a mesmerising live show. Monika and her band will perform a selection of original songs and beloved jazz standards in their unique, jazz-folk style with Latin accents.

SET 3 (9:20 pm): CLARA SERRA LÓPEZ
Clara Serra López is a Spanish born vocalist, composer, songwriter and keyboards player based in London with Catalan and Cuban heritage. Over the last few years Clara has been crafting her own sound combining her cultural heritage with her deep influences in jazz, middle eastern, alternative RnB, and electronic music. Winner of the Peter Whittingham 2021 Jazz Development award and the 2025 Next Level Help Musician's award, Clara brings a completely unique take on singing and writing, offering an exciting new voice to the music ecology! Accompanied by some of London’s top musicians, she’ll be bringing her band to present her new project Lengua Materna (Mother Tongue)!

SET 4 (10:10 pm): IAN SHAW
In a career spanning three decades, Ian Shaw is widely regarded as the best male jazz vocalist the UK has produced, with 19 albums to his name, performing in the UK and worldwide both solo and in collaboration with an array of first-class musicians and ensembles. His career encompasses not only music but also broadcasting, comedy and acting. Shaw's recordings and live performances as a jazz singer have been recognised by two BBC jazz awards (2004 and 2007), a Parliamentary award (2018) and numerous award nominations including Downbeat Magazine (2017) and Jazz FM (2013 and 2019). Expect music drawn from the Great American Songbook alongside re-workings of more contemporary songs and Shaw’s own pithy originals!
