In this workshop you will learn to combine full, free breathing and complete relaxation with great awareness. This is the secret that leads to the most empowering and enlightening benefits in breathwork and the doorway to peak, flow or transcendental states.
The 2 hour three-part workshop focuses firstly on the science of breathwork; next a mindful hatha yoga experience helps us connect breath with movement and work into deep relaxation; this is followed by a blissful breath sequence.
Part 1. Breathwork science
Through the exploration of the mystery of consciousness and quantum physics, you will discover breath as the energy of spirit and discover the empowering and enlightening benefits of a regular breathwork practice.
Part 2. Hatha yoga flow
Leading a class for all levels, with adjustments provided for every pose, Natalie has designed a mindful hatha yoga flow integrating breath retention to enhance the mind-body connection and move us deeper into each pose while enjoying a deeply meditative state.
Part 3. The breath sequence
Focused on deep relaxation, this breathwork practice is designed to calm your mind and ease your nervous system. Combining full, free breathing and complete relaxation with great awareness, Natalie leads students through a sequence of slow deep breaths and mild to moderate breath holds leading you towards the most empowering and enlightening benefits in breathwork.
