Through practices like the profound OM AH HUM meditation and other mantra meditations, you will:

  • Calm your mind naturally by harmonising breath and inner energy winds (prana).
  • Temporarily pacify worries by focusing single-pointedly on your breath.
  • Enhance love, compassion, and positive states of mind through mantra recitation.
  • Purify your subtle inner energy winds (prana), allowing wisdom and clarity to flow effortlessly. Unbalanced or negative energy winds can keep us stuck in negative states of mind—mantra meditation helps restore balance.

This course offers simple, practical techniques that you can apply any time, even within just five minutes, to overcome anxiety, deepen concentration, and increase your life-supporting energy.
