Cath Baxter’s own Personal Voice Mastery training course supports you with the motivation, skills and discipline necessary to be a confident communicator and public speaker and to create greater impact in your key presentations. Cath brings together her significant international voice coaching experience combined with a relaxed one-to-one coaching style that is unique and consistently delivers results.

Training is delivered with limited availability in small groups, that allow for 1-1 attention within the safety of a supportive group environment.

Session 1 - The Power Of Pause

If you want to learn how to effectively influence those around you, it is essential to become fully conscious of your verbal and physical delivery in a positive and dynamic way. When we communicate unconsciously, our message can become cluttered and unclear. Working in an online environment, on camera, can make us feel self-conscious, which can further undermine our impact.

In this session, leading UK Voice and Public Speaking Coach Cath Baxter will guide you step by step to being able to deliver your message with confidence. This 1-hour bitesize training session is interactive and designed so that you will learn to identify and master the tools you need to communicate effectively under pressure, and get your message across clearly, every time.

Session Content:

• What is a Pause?

• Why effective pausing establishes credibility and authority

• How to practise pausing

• How to optimally use your physicality to help you to pause and speak more clearly

• How to be more succinct and avoid unnecessary filler words or hesitation sounds

• How to slow down your rate of speech

This Session is for:

The session is fully interactive and includes real-time exercises that allow you to practise the tools explored in the session. All participants will receive additional training materials before and after the session that provides a further 1-2 hours of learning.
