The Power of Peruvian Food: A varied and vibrant world cuisine featuring incredible flavours and ingredients with many textures, colours and stories. The key is in the nutritious ingredients from the Andes, Amazon and the coast. In our masterclass you will explore some of these ingredients (many of which are only available at Andina) and learn how to make your own nutritious Andean dish.
Executive Chef Vitelio Reyes will guide you through ingredients including quinoa, chia, maca and lúcuma, with plenty of samples to try. Learn how to build a perfectly-balanced dish, including the secrets of a tiger's milk dressing. All enjoyed with a pisco cocktail or smoothie on us.
Classes are maximum 15 people - come and make friends or in a group. Great for parties or as a gift.
