This session will be led by educational consultant, author and trainer, Emma Spiers (The Learning Lady). Emma will give attendees practical tips on choosing and creating sensory stories, provide recommendations for age-related stories, discuss how to take a consistent storytelling approach and how to nurture a love of reading by bringing books to life for all learners. Emma will also explore how sensory stories relate to brain-based learning theory and support attendees to cultivate a reading culture that meets the needs of every reader. 

There will also be the opportunity to access a simple bank of sensory stories right away, and top tips on how to successfully deliver sensory stories.

About the presenter: 

This webinar is delivered by Emma Spiers, The Learning Lady, an acclaimed educational consultant, author, and trainer specialising in Preschool Phonics and Early Language Development. Since 2012, she has inspired schools and practitioners with her engaging and child-centred approach. Emma's impact extends to writing award-winning resources like "Super Sounds" and contributing insightful articles to the Early Years Sector.
