The power of sleep for young minds (For parents of Primary children)
April 15th
7.00pm - 7.45pm
How do you know if your child has problems sleeping? Well, simply if your child is happy, healthy and well behaved and you and your partner feel awake, alert and focused during the day, don’t worry. If they are sleepy, moody and prone to temper tantrums, their sleep needs to be improved. In this webinar, Dr Neil Stanley will focus on sleep and primary school aged children and how to support them to improve their sleep.
