The Power of the Quiet Pause : A Restorative Yoga Class in July

You don't need any experience of yoga to do this class. You do need to be able to get down to the floor and up again .

Please bring your yoga mat and an eye pillow (or something to cover your eyes, like a light scarf or face-cloth)

Wear comfortable loose clothing, bring socks and a warm layer - the studio space is warm but you'll be lying still for much of the class so might like to wear an extra layer to keep warm.

Resting your body in comfort & warmth creates an environment which relaxes your nervous system. When this happens, your body releases tension, your muscles relax and you breathe better.

Parking is available in the residential streets nearby

Your teacher will be at the venue 15 minutes before the class starts - please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class begins.
