Join us on Sunday 19th October 2025, at the Bath and West Showground (BA4 6QN) for the Preloved Wedding Boot Fair, running from 10 AM to 1 PM! (Or 9.30am early entry for VIP ticket holders!)

This is your chance to explore a treasure trove of preloved wedding items, where recently married couples sell their gently used decor, accessories, and more to help you create your dream wedding at a fraction of the cost.

Early Bird Ticket Options:

  • Standard Entry: £3 per person online
  • VIP Early Access: £5 per person (gain entry 30 minutes earlier at 9.30am)
  • Entry after 12pm: £1 per person
  • Under 16s: Free entry, but a ticket is still required.

Is this event part of The Big Southwest Wedding Fair?

The Preloved Wedding Boot Fair is hosted by The BSWWF team on the same weekend as The Big Southwest Wedding Fair event yes. They are NOT in the same building, but are right next to each other with individual entrances. A ticket for both events need to be purchased if you wish to enter both.

Is it a first come, first served basis?

Both tickets and seller pitches are on a first come, first served basis. The team are not responsible for the quantity, type, or availability of items on the day. All purchases are first-come, first-served, and availability may vary throughout the event.

I/we have just got married and have stuff to sell, how can I book a table?

I am a wedding business owner, can I get involved?

This event is for preloved items only. We are currently not accepting business owners at the event. If you wish to sell old stock for a permanently closed business on the basis of NOT advertising any business, then please contact the team before booking in to confirm this.

Can I pay by card or do I need cash?

Most of the stall holders will be couples like yourself and not business owners, so most will not have access to card machines so we advise that you bring cash. There are cash machines on site the Showground, but the team cannot guarantee access or if they are working at the time of the event.

Is this event inside or outside?

The event is held inside so will be great for all weathers. please note, there is no heating inside the building, so be sure to bring layers.
