The Presence Sessions blend embodiment, creative clarity, and practical speaking skills to help you reconnect your voice, body, and message. Whether you’re pitching, presenting, or simply sharing your story, these sessions create a space to practise visibility in a way that feels natural, comfortable and sustainable.

• Arrival & Embodiment: Breathwork, gentle movement, and neuroscience-backed techniques to shift from overthinking into grounded presence
• Magnetic Messaging: Guided prompts to uncover what you truly want to say
• Take the Stage: Light-touch practice in pairs and small groups, with live coaching and support

Mariana Lucia Marquez is the founder of Metaspeech, a communication training company that teaches founders, entrepreneurs, and executives the body language tools to transform them into trustworthy and confident communicators.

Mariana is a choreographer and speaking coach with a life-long passion for embodiment. In her twenties she co-founded a tech startup in New York that went on to become a stable business. A few years later she founded Argentina’s national dance archive within the Biblioteca Nacional before moving to London (UK) and founding Metaspeech. Mariana is also a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher since 2004.
