Our special guest is Dr Samantha Organ, Associate Professor in Building Sustainabiilty at UWE and ESG Director, Black Cat Building Consultancy.
A Chartered Surveyor, Fellow of the RICS, Director, and Associate Professor in Building Sustainability, Sam is an expert in Sustainability and Environmental Awareness, with a PhD in energy efficiency and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education. Particular research interests include energy efficiency, sustainability and conservation.
She was Winner of Young Building Surveyor of the Year in 2020. Finalist of Women of the Future Awards 2019, shortlisted Young Surveyor of the Year Award 2018, and for UWE she was awarded the SU Outstanding Teaching Award 2019.
She really is the epitome of an inspiring woman!
