Are humans inherently driven to connect with each other, overcoming boundaries and differences, or do we struggle with the complexities of social bonds? In this workshop, we will explore human social connections through an evolutionary lens, uncovering what makes these connections so unique and meaningful. From shared experiences to non-verbal behaviours, we’ll explore not just why but how these connections are formed on a psychological level.

Workshop highlights:

  • Explore different types of human connections
  • Understand the importance of human connections from an evolutionary perspective
  • Discover the profound impact our social connections have on our physical and mental health
  • Develop practical strategies to nurture these connections in our daily lives

Join us for an enlightening session that will leave you with a deeper understanding of why relationships matter and how to make the most of them.
