What drives people to choose open or polyamorous relationship structures? Non-monogamous relationships are becoming increasingly visible, yet they remain widely misunderstood. How do these relationships function in societies built for the romantic and sexual union of two exclusively?

Join Lindsay Dukes in exploring the psychological and ethical foundation of consensual non-monogamy. We will look at psychological models to examine how communication, trust, and boundary-setting shape satisfaction and wellbeing in polyamorous dynamics. This is a chance to engage in an open and non-judgmental discussion about alternative relationship structures, and to deepen your understanding of the psychology behind them.

Workshop Highlights

  • Gain an understanding of polyamory through a psychological lens, from jealousy and emotional regulation to wellbeing
  • Discover the social and personal factors that influence non-monogamous relationship structure choices
  • Ask any of your burning questions regarding the topics of open and polyamorous relationships and get insights from an expert clinical sexologist
