In this talk, psychotherapist Hannah Paskin will break down people pleasing – helping you identify the signs, understand how it shows up in your work, relationships, and daily life, and learn practical techniques to say no with confidence and let go of guilt.

Psychotherapist Hannah Paskin is a Recovering People Pleaser who really gets it. She runs her own successful full-time therapy practice Hannah Paskin Therapy in Cheshire & Online. She is known as the Straight-Talking Therapist, and her mission is to give people the answers they need to break free from fear, guilt, anxiety and more. She helps people to overcome People Pleasing, Burnout, Imposter Syndrome, Perfectionism and High Functioning Anxiety. She is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with 15 years' experience in the field.
