Do you find it hard to say no, feel drained after certain interactions, or struggle to balance your needs with others’ expectations? You’re not alone.
Boundaries help protect your energy, support healthy relationships, and manage our needs – but many of us haven’t been taught how to set them, or feel unsure about how to hold them. In this online workshop, chartered psychologist Dr Sarah Crozier will guide you through challenges and opportunities of setting healthy boundaries. From family dynamics to work stress, we’ll explore how psychological factors and personal beliefs shape the way we relate to others and ourselves.
You'll gain insights into the deeper “why” behind your boundaries, and walk away with strategies to use in daily life. Whether you’re navigating high demands, managing difficult relationships, or just want to feel more in control of your time and energy, this is a supportive, compassionate space to start making change.
Workshop Highlights:
- Understand what boundaries really are – and why they matter for your wellbeing
- Explore how your beliefs and identity shape the way you set (or struggle with) boundaries
- Learn practical ways to reflect on, create, and hold your boundaries
- See how boundaries apply across relationships and contexts: family, work, caregiving, and more
