Women’s leadership styles are often associated with empathy, collaboration, emotional intelligence, mentoring, and fairness, leading to positive organisational outcomes. Despite excelling as leaders, many women report low confidence in their abilities, influenced by societal expectations, workplace dynamics, systemic bias, and internalised beliefs. Research highlights that women face higher standards, are more prone to imposter syndrome, and are less likely to pursue leadership roles unless they meet all requirements. These factors contribute to self-doubt, burnout, and isolation, even among highly capable women.

In this workshop, discover how when women embrace authentic leadership styles that emphasise their strengths, they enhance team performance and job satisfaction while driving transformational change in organisations. Understanding the psychology behind these experiences can bridge the gap between women’s abilities and their confidence.

Workshop highlights:

  • Explore research on the intersection of gender, leadership and psychology
  • Overcome internal and external barriers to leadership and confidence
  • Implement tools that address key challenges
  • Foster authentic leadership styles that leverage your strengths
  • Share insights that can help us navigate authentic leadership on a practical level

Followed by Q&A.
