The Push Back - Protect Us Save Her Project Live Performance
Overview
The P.U.S.H BACK Project Launch presents the first unveiling of Protect Us, Save Her — a concept born from weeks of creative work, reflection, and truth-telling within a safe space held and facilitated weekly by T.I.A – The Inner Attitude. This is where a group of young women aged 14 and above, including some with lived experience of VAWG, gathered to explore their voices, their stories, and their strength. The live performance is the outcome of that journey.
You’ll meet Amber, whose story stands at the centre of the piece. Through her experience, you’ll follow the tension between relational red flags and green flags, the hidden shadows that distort her self-worth, and the quiet inner voice trying to shield her from harm. Her journey becomes both personal and universal, offering the audience a clear window into the emotional realities many young women face.
The evening also includes the premiere of the PUSH BACK resource — the musical track BROKEN, filmed and created by the creative and talented young women in the group. This visual track captures the message of the entire project with clarity and power:
Protect Us. Save Her.
This is more than a performance. It’s the unveiling of real stories shaped in community, held in safety, and offered with courage.
Tickets £5 — with all proceeds going to Hurricane Melissa.
