Description

DONATION BASED (as little as £1.85) WORKSHOPS AROUND THE UK AND IRELAND

The Quantum Sobriety Team Are Very Excited To Announce The First QS Tour

We are offering donation-based two-hour workshops where you will learn how to step into the reality where you have never been addicted. And whether it is alcohol, food, prescription drugs, anger or negativity, this approach supports you as you come home to yourself. Underpinned by meditation, Buddhism and quantum physics, are YOU ready to leap into the life you've always dreamt of? Jo De Rosa, founder of QS believes that addicts have an opportunity to ask questions of themselves that those living in mediocrity never do,

"When we've experienced rock bottom we appreciate life in a whole new way, and the polar opposite of where we've been is total and utter freedom. From rock bottom we have extremely firm footing to launch ourselves up, to way beyond where we've ever been before. I believe that anything is possible, and that we can transcend addiction so that it is literally as if we'd never been addicted (that is my personal experience). And with a community of like-minded individuals around us, this journey to freedom is such an enjoyable one."

For two weeks in January Quantum Sobriety®️ will be travelling the length and breadth of the UK, and popping over to Ireland, to deliver donation-based workshops and meditations. Strategically the towns where Jo is headed are where the QS Guides live, and they will join her on the day to talk about their own journey to FREEDOM in sobriety. Some of the guides will then be launching their own QS monthly groups which will begin around the country in February 2018.

Richard Bastick and Sophie Foulger are just two of the QS Guides that will be in London for the launch of the tour. What follows is a snapshot of how they each came to QS,

Richard:

" "You are no longer scary"
These are the words spoken to me from my brother Adrian.

Adrian passed November 20th 2016.

On the 31st October 2015, my life had become so out of control, that Sunday morning I took a overdose of medication. The next morning after leaving the hospital I checked myself into Inner Guidance Retreat Centre. Since then I have been able to turn my life around. Gone are the addictions to alcohol drugs and medication (SSRIs). My relationship with my family is now full of love and compassion.

Adrian's last year alive I spent some very special moments and days with him, just like when we were kids.❤️
This would not have been possible if I was using alcohol and drugs.

With the love and support of Jo De Rosa and all the team at QS , also the support of the online forum you too can achieve a life of Freedom.

Peace Love and Strength
Richard"

Sophie:

"QS, quite simply, change my life....18 months since beginning the programme my meditation practice (the cornerstone of my sobriety) gets stronger everyday and I am embracing life and the oppotunities it offers. I see that everything is connected and that everything happens for a reason. My life is completely different now (in fact big changes occurred for me within 5 months). In practical terms, I very quickly 'came out' about my hidden 35-year problem with alcohol, I changed my job of 25 years, a couple of other major things, and I found my life. Oh and I no longer drink (almost forgot that). It's brilliant!
I'll be a part of the QS programme and community for as long as Jo will have me and was both honoured and humbled when she asked me to be a QS Guide. Every single person on the programme is an important and integral part of the whole. I want to shout about QS from the rooftops. Everyone should have the opportunity to find their life and to enjoy the freedom and happiness that I do now."
(See the rest of Sophie's words at the bottom of this page)

We all simply cannot stay quiet about QS any longer. The word needs to get out that there is a way to find FREEDOM, and this freedom is within ALL of us; no one is left out; it is available to YOU. And if the opposite of addiction is connection, this is exactly our next step within this community; to connect not only online in our forum but also in person via the national groups.

We now have many in the community with extensive sobriety under their belt, QS doesn’t just work for one or two, and it is time to spread HOW so many of us have done so.

This is a DONATION-BASED event as we are so excited to get this information to the public at large, with the option to pay as little as £1.85 (inclusive of Eventbrite taxes and VAT) or to donate as much money for your ticket as you want, which will go towards the cost of the tour.

We look forward to meeting you in person, in the new year….

“This has been a beautiful and revealing experience for me. The combination of scientific information, spiritual experiences and healing therapies have shifted me into a different place. It is lighter, airier, with new possibilities – ones I hadn’t dreamed of. It’s exciting! The course was delivered with great care and love.
If you want to change your life and be free of the struggle, misery and slavery of addiction, or ingrained negative thinking patterns and behaviours, then pack your bag, open your mind and walk towards this door. Push it open and find the magic. It’s there when you’re ready.“

“Having major shifts now, becoming lighter the more time I spend in meditation. The quantum downloads that Jo and many of you have posted about are finally happening to me!! Have not had wine in 22 days, I drank the day before we evacuated for the hurricane to help ease my anxiety. I really shouldn’t have as alcohol and now I’ve discovered sugar in general cause me to get very emotional, I get a rush for a very short period of time and then crash. I can’t do the roller coaster anymore. I’m observing my emotions, actually feeling them instead of reacting to them has made me realize that It’s time to give it up. Focused on removing sugar from my diet 100%. I have also been drinking 3 L of water daily and juicing. Committed to drinking 2 green juices a day, made at home"

DISCLAIMER

This approach will only work if you are ready to take responsibility for your life. It’s time to stop giving your power away to what you are addicted to, but don’t give it to us. We cannot do this for you, no one else can, this is your show; your life; and it’s time to empower yourself and believe that you deserve good health and happiness.

Some confuse responsibility with blame, and no one is to blame here. Once you draw a line in the sand we will show you how to create the life of your dreams, but there will be a period of understanding what led you to this point, healing the wounds and forgiving the circumstances first.

You can move on from this, your addiction does not need to define you any more, and it’s time to view your addiction as a challenge rather than a hopeless cause. Quantum Sobriety is a journey deep within yourself and once you can accept and love yourself there will be no reason to cover that up with a substance that numbs you from who you really are.

We are not a medical facility and if you are physically dependent to a substance we insist you receive medical treatment for this before undertaking any of our programmes. Your physical dependency must be addressed first. Once your body is ready, then it is time to retrain your mind and create a new healthful reality.

We look forward to assisting you in your journey back to yourself…

Sophie's full testimonial:

“QS, quite simply, changed my life. I found out about the venue (not the programme) from a friend. On googling it, I read about Jo and the 5-day addiction retreats she ran. It was a possibility for sorting out my alcohol problem (I had tried several times to give up over the years, including a brief foray into AA). I was a functioning alcoholic. I’d never missed a day of work because of it. However, all I did for the most part was work and drink and I could feel myself tipping over the edge. I’d had enough. The retreat was expensive, however, and I couldn’t afford it. I’m also quite analytical, was a bit cynical, and I was not sure it was my ‘thing’. I filed it away in the back of my mind.

About a year later I had a rare two weeks’ holiday from work (the first ‘two weeker’ in many years). One week was accounted for but I wasn’t sure what to do with the other. Amazingly (or so I thought at the time) there was a QS 5-day residential retreat on. I phoned up Jo and went for it. I joined the online programme in the June and booked on to the 5-day retreat in August. I received the first meditation audio and got stuck in. Every day I sat on my mat doing the Trigger meditation, every day I ‘went to the conference room’, and every day no one came. I had no helpers, no guides, no higher beings, nothing. The second month I received the Alternate Reality meditation. I moved onto this one. I ‘went to the archway’ through which my alternate reality apparently resided. Nothing. It was completely blank. I doggedly carried on with my meditation practice every day. Reminding myself of Jo’s words – keep an open mind.

The online forum associated with the programme was an amazing bunch of people all at different stages in their addiction journeys. Some had been alcohol free for months. How was this even possible? Incredible. I observed it all. People were open about their struggles, their successes, their triggers and others were supporting them, no judgement. It felt like a safe place. I was no longer alone with my addiction. Jo was everywhere. She was online daily with her morning blogs, responding to posts, running an interactive livestream each week, an interactive webinar once a month. The support was incredible. Yet I confess I was still struggling to give up alcohol.

The retreat came around and I arrived full of apprehension (how could five days make a difference) but along I went with my slippers and an open mind. The first couple of days of the retreat changed my life forever. I examined and started to let go of the past, forgave myself, took responsibility and moved on. My meditations changed too (I had a helper in my conference room; there was something through the archway). I was beginning to understand how the quantum worked and how my thoughts and actions changed things around me. Five days later, I was equipped and ready to get on with my life.

I stayed close to the group, visited the online forum every day, participated in the livestreams and webinars and, because I could, I paid regular visits to the centre for meditation practice and had therapy sessions with the amazing Carol and Anni.

Now 18 months on (I write this in 2017), my meditation practice (the cornerstone of my sobriety) gets stronger every day and I am embracing life and the opportunities it offers. I see that everything is connected and that everything happens for a reason. My life is completely different now (in fact big changes occurred for me within 5 months). In practical terms, I very quickly ‘came out’ about my hidden 35-year problem with alcohol, I changed my job of 25 years, a couple of other major things, and I found my life. Oh and I no longer drink (almost forgot that). It’s brilliant!

I’ll be a part of the QS programme and community for as long as Jo will have me and was both honoured and humbled when she asked me to be a QS Guide. Every single person on the programme is an important and integral part of the whole. I want to shout about QS from the rooftops. Everyone should have the opportunity to find their life and to enjoy the freedom and happiness that I do now.

Right at the beginning I asked myself – can I afford to do this? I ask you now, can you afford not to?”
