SPN is the new, central hub for the property world of North Wales. A place to foster innovation and collaboration, to inspire, educate and to attract more investment into North Wales. We connect property professionals, investors and developers to help tackle those empty homes, build more houses and provide more holiday accommodation.

Finally we also open the room to virtual attendees for those who can't attend in person, bringing more investment and expertise to the room for you to meet and connect with.
