How do I change any details on my booking?

You can edit the details of your ticket, including food choices, dietary requirements and car parking requests. Go to "Tickets," select your order and select "Edit", which is on the right hand side.  Select "Save" to accept the changes.

How do I obtain more tickets?

Accepted Answer

The information 'about the event' details ticket availability and release dates. If you have ordered less than your allowance and wish to increase the number of tickets you require, you can do this by placing a separate order.

Question 3

What happens if I need to cancel all or part of my booking?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your tickets to the event before the event starts.   Go to "Tickets," select your order and choose "Cancel Order".

Question 4

Is there parking available?

We have disabled parking available and 52 other parking spaces available.  If you are a blue badge holder and require parking please indicate this in the 'provide access requirements' section when booking your tickets.  All other spaces are available on a first come first served basis.

Question 5

If there are no parking spaces available, where else can I park?

Accepted Answer

Please observe parking restrictions on the roads surrounding The Foundation.  There is parking available on one side only of Somerset Road.  There is a one hour parking restriction on Farquhar Road.  Other adjoining roads have parking available.

Question 6

What is included in the family and friend photo session?

Accepted Answer

You will receive digital copies of your photographs within two weeks. Your private pictures will NOT be used by Queen's. You will be able to print and/or share them digitally. Please note that images will be edited for optimised lighting only (Individuals' appearance will not be retouched).
