On the 13 October 2025, the UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) issued an urgent letter to CEOs of leading UK companies highlighting the critical need for enhanced cybersecurity measures.
This call-to-action coincided with the NCSC 2025 Report and focuses on these elements to safeguard the nation’s resilience:
- Using the Cyber Governance Code of Practice to increase cyber resilience as a top priority
- Sign up to NCSC’s early warning service to stay informed about potential cyber threats and breaches in your organisation
- Demand Cyber Essentials accreditation in the supply-chain to mitigate third-party dependency in your business
