The Re-calibrating Summer Retreat

What are you in need of as the summer emerges?

Even with enjoying the longer evenings and warmer days, we can still feel a bit at a loss, maybe disoriented or unsure where to put that fresh energy and attention

Or perhaps you're feeling pressure to be busy, to be doing, and need to tune in and check whether you are spending your precious energy in the right places

The retreat will help you re-calibrate, through exploring the challenge of self-consent and the gap between how we offer this respect to others compared to ourselves -

We'll discover the signs of consent in our thoughts, from our body, and through our emotional responses. Developing gentle, compassionate awareness of our thresholds and how to observe and act on them.

Shifts in thinking are valuable, but change comes from the doing, so the sessions through the day support you to act on what you notice about yourself. Then you’ll head home with felt experience of what care looks like, along with a set of tools and treats to help transform your day-to-day into something you don't need to retreat from

Tickets include all workshops, coffee & cake, and a gorgeous self-care kit to take home, £45/person. You can even add optional extras, like a massage treatment, cold water swim at the Blaney jetty, and a spa session with the sauna and outdoor hot tub with a view.
