I have attended The Recycler Live events in previous years. But my login information from last year

Participants must create a new account every year to register for The Recycler Live Event. Account information is stored for a short time after the event and then deleted, so registration is necessary each year, even if you've attended before.

How is delegate registration handled, and how can sponsors access delegate information?

For enhanced security and privacy, it is advisable that each delegate completes their own registration process, as this involves the provision of personal information. To ensure transparency and facilitate networking opportunities, sponsors are given access to a list of registered delegates.

Question 3

How can I register as a journalist/media representative?

Accepted Answer

Email events@therecycler.com for press accreditation. Provide your press credentials/ID for approval. You'll receive confirmation via email.

Question 4

Will you send me a confirmation?

Accepted Answer

Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon registration and receipt of payment.

Please SAVE YOUR RECEIPT and print it for your reference and information.

Question 5

Do I need a visa?

Accepted Answer

Non-EU nationals visiting or travelling within the EU must have a passport that is valid for at least 3 months after leaving the visited country and issued within the last 10 years.  A visa may also be necessary.

How do I get a Visa Invitation Letter?

Accepted Answer

If you need an official Letter of Invitation from the conference organiser. Note that it's only given to registered and approved delegates. Email events@therecycler.com to request an invitation letter.

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

To change your registration, please contact us by the 15th of April 2024. Cancellations made by 15th April 2024 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the 16th of April 2024.
Please send cancellation requests to events@therecycler.com.

Question 8

Who can book my hotel/flight?

Accepted Answer

Generally, participants must book and pay for their own travel and accommodation. There are special rates for delegates at the venue, NH Barcelona Stadium, so if you do require a hotel room, please email joe.reader@therecycler.com.
