COVID-19, Supply chain, the future of work, OEM landscape and new EU legislation are all impacts on the office printer market – What can we expect over the next few years?

Two and a half years without engaging is, in this industry, a lifetime. Everyone wants to catch up and get up to date with the market, trends, etc. We want to bring as many people as we can together to share insights and new opportunities that all start with a conversation over coffee, lunch, a beer, or dinner. It’s just how we do business and The Recycler Live is the place to network, learn and do business.

We are now putting together the various presentation and networking elements of the conference, so if you have any suggestions, please let us know.

To kick off the conference with a Pitch up and ask us anything session is on Thursday 19th May where we focus on any office imaging topic. The concept is simple, really, participants will have the opportunity to pitch up and ask us (our panel) anything and get valuable feedback from our panel about anything about office imaging. Let me know if you would like to bring your expertise as a panellist.


Our seminar sessions will follow a “Briefing you up to date” theme of up-to-the-minute insights into the most important issues of today and what's just around the corner. We are putting together a wide-ranging programme that encompasses, as much of the market as possible. From the future of work, to reuse, the OEM landscape, Brussels politics and legislation, technology, how the market has adapted, new trends in MPS and managed IT.

Each session is curated to deliver concise and relevant information, trends, data and forecasts. We want you to leave with the latest information across the office imaging sector - equipped to make the best decisions and proposals.

Tech Track

The Tech Track highlights the new products, technology and innovations that are / will drive the office imaging industry’s next wave of change across the office imaging sector as print matures as the market embraces the benefits of the digital revolution.


Networking is an integral part of how we do business. Shared insights and new opportunities all start with a conversation over coffee, lunch, a beer, or dinner. It’s just how we do business and The Recycler Live is the place to network, learn and do business.

Awards Dinner

The Recycler 2022 Awards for Excellence Dinner will be held on Thursday 19th May at the Holiday Inn, Prague Convention Centre commencing with drinks and canapes from 6.15 pm. Guests will be seated at 7.30 pm with the awards ceremony to commence at 8 pm.

Covid – While restrictions are being eased, some measures remain in place at the venue. We also appreciate that not every speaker will be able to travel and present face-to-face, and where possible we will pre-record presentations and stream them at the conference via our webinar channel.

Here is a helpful list of questions that have been asked before and answers that can help you register, find accommodation, attain press information and find us. 


Q. I have attended The Recycler Live events in previous years. But my login information from last year is not working. What should I do?

A. To register for The Recycler Live Event, each participant must create a new account each year. your data and account information will only be stored for a short period after the event takes place and is then deleted. Hence the requirement to register each year even if you have attended previous conferences.

Q. Can someone else complete my online registration for me?/Can I complete the online registration for someone else?

A. Each delegate provides personal information to complete their registration. So for security reasons, it is best that each person completes their own registration.

Q. How can I register as a journalist/media representative?

A. To obtain press accreditation, please email events@therecycler.com. You will be asked to provide your press credentials / ID and this will be checked for approval. We will email you confirmation of your press accreditation. 

Accommodation and travel

Q. Who can book my hotel/flight?

A. Generally, participants must book and pay for their own travel and accommodation. There are special rates for delegates at the venue, Holiday Inn Prague Convention Centre so if you do require a hotel room, please email joe.reader@therecycler.com

Tickets/conference passes

Q. Can I register on-site?

A. No - Covid precautions mean that registration is mandatory and only available online. On-site registration is not possible. Due to the anticipated high demand, it is advisable for delegates to register in advance online. Please be advised that the deadline for online registration for The Recycler Live - Prague conference is 13th May 2022. 

Q. How do I obtain a ticket for the Network Reception and Awards Dinner?

A. The Network Reception and Awards Dinner is included in your Delegate Conference Passes.

 Q. What is included in my conference pass?

A. Each conference pass covers all sessions, panels and some side events. The Network Reception and Awards Dinner, coffee, drinks, and snacks provided during the conference.

Q. Where do I get my conference pass?

A. After registering in advance online, participants can pick up their conference pass/badge at the front desk starting from the first day of the conference. Please note that participants will be required to present their email confirmation. 


Q. Do I have to sign up to go to a particular seminar or workshop?

A. General participants do not need to sign up for workshops in advance.

Visa requirements for non-EU delegates

Q. How can I obtain a visa?

A. For information regarding consulate and embassy services, please go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Czech Republic - https://www.mzv.cz/jnp/en/index.html. Due to various time limits and restrictions, we recommend that participants apply for a visa as early as possible, preferably eight weeks before the date of arrival in the Czech Republic. When submitting your documents, please make sure they are complete and that all forms have been filled out.

Important: Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the day of arrival to the Czech Republic.

What's the refund policy?

To change your registration please contact us by the 12th of May 2022. Cancellations made by 30 April 2022 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after the 1st of May 2022.

Registration Confirmation

Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon registration and receipt of payment.   Please SAVE YOUR RECEIPT and print it for your reference and information.
