Sessions run between 6-8pm, arrival from 5.30pm 15th, 22nd February, 1st 8th, 15th and 22nd March.
The Release Course will guide you through creative activities, in a small and supported group, focused on the joyful and deep feeling of release.
We will explore 5 barriers which are stopping you from letting go and focus on the experience of release though simple gentle guided creative activities.
You will be empowered to use these creative tools within your everyday lives, taking the experience of release beyond the course sessions. Inspirational handouts will be provided for you.
Nestled in the countryside location of Burrs Country Park, we will work together in a light, airy warm and accessible space. Lots of parking is available and as you drive down the cobbled lane to the centre, you will hear the babbling river indicating your arrival at this safe space. Herbal teas and snacks will keep you hydrated and comfortable and high quality arts materials will be provided.
