In this session, we aim to support you to become more confident and feel better informed about what the inspection process looks like. We will go through the process step-by-step from the point of first contact – the notification call - through to final feedback on inspection day.

Our guest speaker, Jo Caswell, brings a wealth of knowledge to this session, and will share her guidance and top tips on navigating the inspection process. Jo is an experienced early years consultant with over 30 years’ experience in the field. She has managed day nurseries and out of school provision and worked as reception class teacher, an early years advisor for a local authority and as an inspector.

This event is suitable for those working in any early years setting, including childminders, particularly those in leadership roles. You should leave this session feeling more confident about how to engage effectively with the inspector and with a fuller understanding of what the process includes.
