Overview
Our annual two part reset workshops is back. if you did this with me last year, you know how powerful it was.
This two-part workshop is your space to slow down, look back at your year with honesty and reconnect with yourself before stepping into 2026. It isn’t about reinventing your whole life or making resolutions you’ll forget by February. It’s about understanding the last twelve months with depth and clarity, seeing what supported you, noticing what held you back and gently creating space for what comes next.
It’s a grounded, transformational way to begin the year. A morning to meet yourself as you are, honour your growth, and reconnect with the parts of you that often get lost in the noise of day-to-day life. Come alone or come with a partner. It’s a steady, supportive environment for anyone wanting more intention, awareness and alignment in the year ahead.
PART ONE: AT-HOME PREP
Before we meet in person, as soon a syou book you’ll receive a guided booklet that helps you reflect on your year in a way that feels grounding and supportive. Nothing heavy or overwhelming — just simple, thoughtful practices that help you understand where you’ve been and what you want to move toward.
🌹 Year-in-Review Gratitude Practice
A gentle, step-by-step reflection to help you look at your last twelve months with genuine appreciation. The joyful moments, the challenges, the growth and all the messy parts in between. It’s a chance to see the full picture with warmth instead of judgement.
💗 Release Piece
A moment to name the patterns, beliefs and behaviours that held you back. The loops you stayed in, the thoughts that drained you, the places you stepped out of alignment. You’ll be guided through specific tasks that help you create space mentally and emotionally, so you enter the new year feeling clearer and more grounded. Everything you need is inside the booklet.
💛 Visioning Prompts for 2026
Gentle prompts to help you start imagining what the next year could look and feel like. Think planting seeds, not writing a five-year plan. These prompts help you connect to what you want more of and the direction you’re naturally being pulled toward.
❤️🔥 The whole point of Part One is clarity and space. By the time we meet in person, you’re already connected to yourself, you’ve seen what’s been holding you back and you’ll have a clearer sense of how you want your 2026 to unfold.
PART TWO: IN-PERSON WORKSHOP
When we meet in person, everything you explored in Part One begins to land in the body. This session brings together reflection, meditation, breathwork and visioning in a way that supports deep emotional processing and grounded clarity.
🌹 Blue Lotus Tea
We begin with Blue Lotus tea to calm the body and bring you into a steady, receptive state. You’ll have a moment to settle in, breathe and connect with the energy of the room.
🧡 The Reset Practice
Before moving into the breathwork journey, we’ll take time to understand the patterns, thoughts and internal stories that shaped your year. You’ll be guided through a grounded reflection to recognise what held you back, what you’ve outgrown and what you’re ready to step into. This practice helps you meet your inner landscape with honesty, clarity and curiosity, preparing your body and mind to go deeper.
💚 Meditation
A grounding meditation designed to bring you into the deeper layers of your body. You’ll tune into your physical, emotional and energetic landscape, reconnecting with your whole self after a full year of carrying so much. This practice settles your system and brings you into a clearer, more present state for the breathwork journey.
💙 Conscious Connected Breathwork with the We The Conscious® Method
A deeper breathwork journey using the We The Conscious® Method — a blend of Conscious Connected Breathwork, somatic awareness, emotional exploration and sensory integration. This session supports both the physical and emotional layers, helping you move stored tension, meet what’s been sitting beneath the surface and reconnect with your natural rhythm. It creates space for clarity, truth and internal reset, helping you step into the year ahead with more awareness and presence.
💓 Vision Crafting for 2026
After breathwork, you’ll be guided through a grounded visioning process that ties everything together. The reflections from Part One, the clarity from breathwork and the insights that surfaced all come into focus here. This is where your intentions for 2026 begin to take shape — simple, honest and aligned with who you are now.
We finish with time to land fully, connect and integrate. A gentle space to check in with yourself and with the people around you, to share what you want to, to listen, and to let the morning settle in your body. You’ll leave feeling clearer, more connected and more spacious, with a grounded sense of direction for the year ahead.

CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK DISCLAIMER
This style of breathwork is for over 18’s only and Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, use of a pacemaker, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery. Breathwork is not advised for persons with mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practising Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhalers and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator.

About your host
Hey I’m Liza Al Sady, the found of We The Conscious and I spent the past 15 years working in the corporate world feeling stressed, constantly chasing my next deal and overwhelmed.
About 7 years ago I started looking into alternative wellness & therapies because I felt it was time that I faced my trauma head-on and committed to healing. I came to understand that no amount of avoidance could alleviate the heavy feeling I carried within me. It was like carrying emotional baggage weighing me down. Amid my path of self-discovery and spiritual growth, I stumbled upon Breathwork, and it has profoundly changed my life. Early in 2022, I was appointed as Head of Well-being for the largest Education Recruitment Agency in the UK.
I introduced breathwork and mindfulness across London and 9 regional offices, and witnessing my ‘suited and booted’ colleagues embrace breathwork for stress and anxiety management was an incredibly fulfilling moment. This experience inspired me to create a conscious lifestyle brand, aiming to make breathwork accessible to as many businesses and people as possible. I trained in Neo Emotional Release and qualified as a Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach & Teacher under JP Crimi, a leading expert in the science and ancient wisdom of Breathwork.
