Do I have to have experience of yoga?

Not at all, our yoga is tailored for all abilities, specifically designed to help those with desk based occupations to help improve back health

What does the sound bath entail?

Sound has been used for centuries to heal and restore. We promise no chanting or humming, the sound bath uses a range of instruments to relax the brain and soothe the nervous system.

What do I need to wear?

This is a relaxed retreat, you need to wear comfortable clothes that you can do yoga in.

What is the workshop about?

The workshop is about how your employees can reduce stress by building resilience. We will be providing with clear, actionable habits to improve wellbeing.

Who are the organisers?

Ainsley and Caroline actually met at nursery when they were just 4 years old and have been friends ever since. Ainsley is a qualified yoga and Pilates instructor and Caroline is a expert trainer who for over 10 years has been focussed on helping people set habits to build resilience.
