What do silence and survival have in common?

In this powerful, practice-based workshop Lisa Schneidau helps you find your own resilient voice through the remarkable story of Rachel Carson, the quiet revolutionary who changed the world.

Blending storytelling, reflection and group dialogue, this session invites participants to engage with a rare and timely tale, and then step into their own. Drawing from the one-hour storytelling performance Silence and Love, you’ll reflect and explore the strength it takes to resist, protect, and persevere, in ecosystems, in culture, and in ourselves.

Teachers, activists, facilitators and creatives alike will come away with a powerful story to tell, practical techniques for courageous communication, and a deeper sense of how nature and narrative can work together to inspire change.

Come to be moved. Leave with something stirred awake.
