We will start with a Restorative style yoga class where you can be supported by props and drop into true and deep presence with your body.We will learn some SOMATIC skills to help reduce stress and regulate your Nervous System into relaxation.Somatics includes:
- Breathwork
- Non Linear or Gentle Intuitive Embodied Movement
- Sound – humming and toning to stimulate the Vagus Nerve
- Touch – Learning some self touch techniques to support yourself as well as receiving some gentle cranio sacral informed touch by Karen, during the Savasana if you wish to.
We will end with a soothing sound bath by Karen including Crystal and Himalayan Bowls, Handpan her Singing Voice and other sacred instruments to allow you to float into deeprelaxation.
