Event description

Description

The London Press Club presents an evening hosted by neuroscientist Dr Tara Swart where she will reveal the results of a study she recently conducted into the mental resilience of journalists at the Corinthia Hotel London. Hear Tara and a panel of journalists discuss what the pressure points are for this industry and how journalists might enhance ability to cope with the demands of the job.

For this unique study, data has been collated from a group of journalists from across the media industry in order to determine how mentally resilient journalists are in an ever-changing digital age.

Tara will also be offering a resilience-enhancing country retreat for a number of the study participants as a follow up. A slot has been reserved for one lucky London Press Club attendee with an interest in learning more about brain health, so come along to the event to enter our prize draw to experience this unique opportunity.

The event will take place at the Corinthia Hotel London on Wednesday 17th May at 6:30pm. We look forward to seeing you! Want to know more about the The London Press Club and wish to join? Simply click on the link to have access to media networking.
