Pauline Johnson-Zielonka of Retirement Factors
Pauline’s background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She began exploring the retirement transition in her doctoral research, where identified how people are generally lacking resources and support. Pauline conducted a review of scientific studies on the challenges and adjustments individuals face in the retirement transition. This now forms the basis of her current work around retirement transitions.
