We begin with a light PLAY Method experience - a music-driven, playful activation that opens movement and imagination. Think somatic exploration meets creative improvisation: a chance to move, sense, and express in ways that feel alive, fluid, and uniquely yours.

The session then moves into Sensual Body Mapping with Aisha Paris-Smith (Somatic Sexologist, host of Channel 4's Virgin Island)- a gentle, guided journey through sensation and embodiment, designed to help you reconnect with your body, curiosity, and innate confidence.

To close, we invite you into a live art performance by Laxmi Hussain (Vogue, ELLE, Stylist), offering a sonic and visual landing that amplifies the energy of the room and celebrates the fullness of the experience.

This is a space for embodied exploration, sensuality, and playful presence. A collaboration between somatic practice, music, and creative expression.
