It's not often that great wine, food and art all come together in one place – but that's exactly what you'll find at an amazing new Côtes du Rhône event in central London.
The Rhône Touch is a pop-up wine bar, restaurant and free art exhibition rolled into one, featuring the talents of Young British Foodies Chef of the Year Adam Rawson, some of France's greatest wine makers from the Rhône region and students from UAL- London College of Communication (LCC).
The venue is Central Saint Martins, where Adam will rustle up some of the best food anywhere in London.
There's a sensational 10-course tasting menu with delights such as charred leek, brown butter, hazelnut and belper knolle as well as 60-day aged beef txuleton. And it's paired with Côtes du Rhône wines from an exclusive range.
There's also the option of plumping for a burger or ceviche - both specialities of Adam's - for just £5.
Whichever you choose, it can be experienced inside or out on the terrace, with a setting sun in the background.
Adam is renowned for his use of culinary influences taken from his travels across the world. Having already gained the acclaimed Chef of the Year at the Young British Foodies Awards, along with his experience as former head chef of top London restaurant Pachamama, Adam then left London to travel the world gathering inspiration for his dishes, including those on the menu at The Rhône Touch meaning the menu promises to be one not to miss.
The dinner and lunch will be made up of a top selection of sharing dishes created by Adam, which will be served on communal tables to enable guests to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the food and wine on offer with friends.
Enjoy a glass of some of the great Côtes du Rhône wines and immerse yourselves in the incredible work produced by the LCC students.
They were challenged to bring to life the unique aspects of the Rhône region’s values unpretentious, high quality and enjoyable wines for any occasion through an immersive and interactive format.
The ten selected pieces on display offer visitors the opportunity to experience the region for themselves. The pieces can be seen, smelt, touched, heard and visitors will even be able to climb inside one of them.
An experience for those looking for something truly unique in the capital.
