Description
Seasonal metamorphosis: A dinner series of delectable transformation
You are invited to attend a dining experience, hosted by Aesop Richmond with plant-based studio and restaurant, Plates. From initial growth, through various treatments and cooking processes, each dinner explores the transformative journey of seasonal ingredients, to their final creative form served on a plate.
Winter
Thursday, 8 November at 7pm
An array of resilient, cold-weather ingredients make fodder for the evening’s menu as well as dialogue.
Tickets are priced at £65 (excluding eventbrite booking fee) to include a seasonal set menu, paired with natural wines and fresh fruit cocktails. Please join us at 7pm to browse our formulations and enjoy complimentary welcome drinks; dinner will be served from 7.30pm on communal tables, which each seat ten.
