What is the refund policy?
An attendee can cancel their ticket up to 7 days before the event and receive a full refund. If the cancellation takes place less than 7 days before an event the attendee is not eligible for a refund.
What qualifies as a concession?
The Greenwich Book Festival are offering concessions for Greenwich Card Holders, ORNC Angels, University of Greenwich students and members of the National Maritime Museum. Proof of concession will be checked on the door of the event so please ensure you bring your card / ID for verification.
The University of Greenwich reserves the right to cancel a ticket at any time should the author withdraw from appearing. Such an occurrence would be out of the University’s control and tickets will be fully refunded. Where possible advance warning would be notified by email should a presentation be cancelled.

The third Greenwich Book Festival, hosted by the University of Greenwich and with the support of the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the Old Royal Naval College, will take place in the beautiful buildings and grounds of the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich, from 26 – 27 May 2017.
