- Learn about methods for inclusive recruitment - and how to retain good employees
- Get a shared workbook with resources, further reading and recaps of all the sessions

Over 4 weeks together we'll explore how to embed care in every phase of the employee journey - from access and recruitment to generative conflict and policies made for humans.

WHY RISING?
- We are a regional leader in good employment practices as evidenced by being one of the first members of WECA's Good Employment Charter.
- 54% of our leadership and team have been with the agency for most of our existence - and 75% of our leavers remain actively part of Rising's community.
- We are a not-for-profit CIC which means every penny you spend on training with us goes directly to the young people we work with.
Here's what previous participants have said about our training:
" gave me the space to have that reflection and game plan and stop thinking about all the barriers and do something to see what happens"
"the biggest benefit has been exposure to different points of view, and you were great at creating the intimacy between the group to talk about difficult things"
