About this event

Join Stirling’s archaeologist, Dr Murray Cook, for an evening exploring his latest discoveries that could reshape our understanding of one of Scotland’s most iconic battles. Murray will share insights from the September dig at Stirling University, held to mark the battle’s anniversary.

Could the team have uncovered the only surviving section of the medieval causeway used by William Wallace and Andrew de Moray to lead their forces to victory at the Battle of Stirling Bridge in 1297? Might this be the very route that carried Scotland to triumph?

Wednesday 24th September, doors open from 6:30pm teas/coffee included in ticket donation.
