About this event

In this interactive session we will explore the importance of co-production in relation to combatting loneliness and isolation.

We will start by considering what co-production needs to look like from a loneliness and isolation support service perspective and how to engage people who may or may not think about themselves as being lonely or isolated.

When “working with” and involving people through the lens of loneliness and isolation we need to be clear on how we can include people in a range of different ways and what might prevent us from reaching people and stop them from connecting with us; also understanding how we can encourage and sustain meaningful involvement.

We will touch on how you can bring co-production into your usual day-to-day service led activities and share some good practice examples for you to draw from and take into your own areas of work.
