In this two hour structured discussion we will explore the role of data in managing, measuring, and improving the customer experience. We will discuss the challenges encountered by organisations as they move towards a more data driven approach to managing the customer experience and provide frameworks and solutions to those problems. Specifically, we will focus on:

  • KPI frameworks and measurement plans
  • Data and tools available to manage and measure customer experience
  • Using data to test and optimise
  • Data democratisation
  • When not to use data
