The SEND Governor is the Governing Body’s champion for Learners with SEND and those with inclusion needs. Guidance will be provided to ensure that your role supports the school in fulfilling its duties to children with SEND. This is an introduction to the role, requirements for support and challenge of the SENCo, some background to legislation, needs, provision and funding.

This session will be led by Hero Slinn, Head of Integrated SEND in Buckinghamshire.
