Welcome to The Roots & Renew Retreat: Yoga, Meditation & Lunch at the Farm!
Drishti Collective x Grow Events welcome you to join for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation at the picturesque Pitchcott Farm.
Start the morning with a vinyasa yoga class, leading into meditation and a kundalini activation.
The yoga practive will be a slow flow that works deeply into the hips, focusing on the swadisthana chakra. A full body asana practive with a focus on movement with breath. Yoga asana and pranayama prepares us for the stillness of mind and body to lead us into the kundalini activation.
Kundalini activation is a chance to let go of anything that isn’t serving you. Awaken your energy, discover your true self. Natalie leads us through a powerful journey of self-discovery and empowerment trough gentle touch, music and guided meditation. All held in a safe, sacred space guided by the transformative power of sound and energy work
- Activation of your energy body
- Deepende self-awareness
- Release of limiting believes
- Emotional healing and liberation
- Inner peace and confidence
After the session has ended, there is an option to head next door to enjoy lunch at the Pitchcott Kitchen farm café. Rooted in the rhythms of nature, Pitchcott Kitchen reflects our belief that sustenance should be shared, heartfelt and full of meaning. Please note this is not included in the cost of the ticket, but there is also the option to bring your own food and drink.
Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of the farm and let go of the stresses of daily life. Come rediscover your roots and renew your spirit as we head into Winter.
