The RUMFEST is the UK’s Premium Rum Event. It is an international celebration of rum & cane spirit. The Rum Experience company prides itself on bringing together the finest rum, great food and a range of educating seminars and entertainment to make learning about rum both fun and stimulating.

Timings:
Saturday from 12 – 5pm (11am – 5pm for Early Entry Ticket Holders) with last pours 20mins before the show closes

Sunday from 12 – 5pm with last pours 20mins before the show closes (11am – 5pm for Early Entry Ticket Holders)

What is a Golden Tot Token?

A Golden Tot Token is the event’s currency to help you sample 1cl tots of some of the world’s most exclusive Rum within show.  These Super Premium bottles will be advertised in your show brochure so you know which stand/booth you can find them on – as well as being on the website.

Question 7

Where can i buy the Golden Tot Tokens from?

Tokens can be purchased from the Reception. These Super Premium Rums CANNOT be sampled without exchanging a number of Tokens. Golden Tot Tokens are non-refundable.

When will I receive my online ticket?

Accepted Answer

E-Tickets are to be validated on the door at The Rum Experience. Please ensure you bring your six figure E-ticket reference number with you. If you have ordered your ticket via the website, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your reference number. e.g.: (A12BCD).

Question 9

Can I buy bottles of Rum to take home with me?

Yes. Most of the rums sampled at the show will be available to purchase online & from the onsite shop.

Question 10

When is drinking up time?

Last pours on ALL stands will be 20 mins before show closes on both sessions so please leave enough time to use your tokens and purchase any rums from the rum shop.

What is the Rare Rum Tasting ticket?

Most of the seminars at RumFest are free to sign up for (subject to availability) But some will allow you to taste rums or cocktails that are little extra special. These seminars and tastings incur an optional charge. The Rare Tasting Rum seminar will be hosted by Global Rum Ambassador Ian Burrell.

How do I sample/taste the rums?

At the RumFest you are able to sample any of the rums on display without exchanging tokens. You are here to learn about the different rums from all over the world and the exhibitors will offer you samples and chat through the history, production styles and complexities of their product.

Can I bring my children?

Accepted Answer

The RumFest is an indoor, over 18 festival with hundreds of people sampling and tasting rums from all over the world, so unfortunately we can cannot allow children on the premises.

Is my ticket Refundable if I change my  mind or can no longer attend ?

Accepted Answer

Sorry. Tickets are NON REFUNDADABLE except requests within  72 hours from purchase.

Question 15

Can I exchange my Sunday ticket to a Saturday ticket and vice versa ?

If you've realise that you have a ticket for the wrong day and it is past the 72 hour refund window, then please contact us and we'll advise you buy the new ticket, but we'll FULLY REFUND the old ticket to your payment card. info@rumfest.co.uk

Do you do any complimentary or discount carer tickets to support disabled guests

We are committed to providing accessible experiences for all attendees. We require verifiable proof of carer status upon arrival, which could include an Access card, Carer's Allowance letter, a letter from the person's GP confirming their caring responsibilities, (DLA) award letter. Please email us.
