Come along to our running club dedicated to helping you manage stress and improve your mental well-being. Running has been shown to reduce anxiety, boost mood, and clear your mind, so why not start this journey with us?

Whether you're a seasoned runner or a complete beginner, our club is open to all fitness levels and is focused on creating a supportive and relaxed environment.

We meet every Tuesday at Brompton Library, so come join us and take a step toward a calmer, healthier, and happier you!

Each session will include a 15-minute warm-up followed by an energizing hour-long run, designed to help you unwind, build resilience, and connect with others who are on a similar path toward stress relief.
